EP006: Sarah Fromenthal
Sarah Fromenthal is a southern girl who knows how to do it right! Living in Louisiana, she is able to hunt some deer, shoot some squirrels, and bowfish some awesome fish.
At a young age, before she can remember, she has hunted alongside her dad. Whether it hunting or fishing, he got her started. She remembers hunting for squirrels out of a canoe. Sarah is the oldest of 3 girls in her family and is the only one who hunts.
She works hard to keep up with the physical demands of hunting since she likes to travel around Louisiana, Kentucky and Colorado to hunt. And if she had it her way, she would throw her cat in her pack so she wouldn't have to stay home.
Thinks you'll learn from Sarah:
- Hunting in Louisiana, you can shoot up to 3 deer a year.
- Hunting in the marsh is difficult without a boat.
- When you are bowfishing, aiming is open sights and depends on the clarity of the water.
- Finding the job that works for you and your desires has been key for her.
